I have started, stopped, rewritten, erased as well as restarted this post the dozen times. How do we contend goodbye to the people we have common such the prolonged as well as personal story with? But we am removing ahead of myself. Before we get to the weeping goodbye part…
Mr. Sprinkle as well as we left the marriage exhausted but ecstatic. When the cab pulled up to the hotel, we breathed the whine of relief. Even the outrageous line outward the hotels rooftop club didnt get me down. We hopped out of the cab, handed the bags (minus the cake, which we werent handing to anyone!) over to the doorman, thanked everybody who stopped to honour us, as well as grabbed an elevator up to the suite.
Finally, situated in the room, we ate dessert. And appetizers. In the marriage clothes. Then we jumped upon the bed. In the marriage clothes. For the while… like, fifteen minutes of blissed-out, post-wedding bed jumping.
We also got chee! sy as we ll as acted for each other.
By the time we finally peeled off my marriage skirt (and Spanx: ladies, they unequivocally are gentle for twelve hour stretches!) it was past the bedtime. Luckily, we didnt leave for the honeymoon until midnight the next night. Mr. S as well as we spent the great volume of time lying in bed as well as just talking about being married, as well as then it was lights out time. You know, the great kind of lights out time.
And there we have it. Our marriage story, from top to bottom, the great as well as the bad. Ive laid it all out upon the table as well as had the great time pity with everyone.
Thank we to everybody who has common the square of themselves with me, through comments as well as emails as well as in-person meetings. we couldnt have finished it without all of your assistance (yall even chose my marriage shoes!) as well as we am blessed to have had the partial in such the splendidly understanding community.
So, whilst we promise to be back someday (armed with tutorials upon vegan cupcake creation as well as photobooth construction), we can regularly follow my post-wedding adventures during my personal blog: No, Not Literally.
Until then,
All my love
Mrs. Sprinkle
